Feb 18- Saturday: TikTok was used for a total of 3 hrs 31 mins. I was most active in the morning between 9am - 11am and right before bed around 1am. I usually spend my free time and relax time on TikTok.
Feb 19- Sunday: TikTok was used for a total of 4 hrs 13 mins. I was most active during the afternoon between 4pm - 7pm and also right before bed around 12am. When I got back from running errands, all I wanted to do was relax, so I spent that time on TikTok.
Feb 20- Monday: TikTok was used for a total of 2 hrs 35 mins. I was most active before going to sleep around 12am. Before I sleep I like to settle down and relax, so TikTok helps with that.
Feb 21- Tuesday: TikTok was used for a total of 4 hrs 8 mins. I was most active in the morning between 8am - 11am and also right before bed around 1am. Tuesday was my day of doing nothing, so I spent a lot of my time in bed relaxing.
After tracking my usage of using TikTok, I've realized that I may have a pattern to when I go on the app. It is usually before I go to bed or when I am relaxing in my room after class or running out for a bit. Since most of my classes are throughout the day, I don't usually spend time on TikTok during that time, so my only time is before bed or before going to class. I usually look at funny videos on TikTok and share them with my friends; I don't usually leave comments on videos, I just mostly share back and forth. I've also come to the realization that I may be using this app excessively, so after finishing this assignment, I might reduce some of the time I spend on my watch.
